INTERNATIONAL CHEFS DAY 2021

 

International Chefs Day is intended to remind chefs that they have a duty to share their knowledge and skills with the next generation of chefs with a sense of pride and responsibility.

In addition to promoting the importance of chefs, World Chefs Day also provides children around the world with information about eating healthy.

In 2004, the International Chefs Day was created by the late Dr. Bill Gallagher, a famous chef and former president of the World Association of Chefs Societies (World chefs). The purpose of this day is to honor our profession and to create awareness about the importance of healthy food.

This year International Chefs Day will promote the theme: Healthy Food for the Future, as in 2020, many Chefs around the globe did not have the opportunity to have events due to COVID-19.

Being a pioneer institute within the beautiful city of Nepal, Pokhara, and Kantipur hotel training center is providing short term cookery course since 2005 which also somehow helps in promoting the importance of chef nationally and internationally through cookery skills.
