 1.      Commercial Waiter:

This course involves the wonderful understanding of basic concepts and ideas regarding food service. This course directly helps to grab the techniques for satisfying the guest (customers) by servicing food and beverage on their demand.

Staffing in food and beverage service department, tools and equipments styles of food service, menu knowledge & planning, French terms, mise-en-scene & mise-en-place in the F&B outlets, overall service procedures, types of various service, order taking and billing, handling the gest situations, hygiene and HACCP, about the alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverage, food cost control, food safety and many more and included in the course.

The training method follows the both demonstration and application of each and every tasks. First day, Instructor provide the demo for practical tasks along with audio visual whereas second day all students will perform the same tasks by themselves individually. During the time of student’s performance instructor guide, motivate and do viva for their day to day evaluation.

To be an industrial exposure in this field every students (those who are interested) are provided with the Industrial training at star level or fine dining property within the valley.
