Salad Making:
Salad is usually a cold food prepared with the combination of various vegetables, fruits, nuts, cereals, poultry, meat, and fish and so on. It holds Base, Body, Dressing and Garnish. Salad making course includes lots of varieties of ingredients (lettuce, herbs) freshly from the chef’s garden. Before preparing instructors will discuss the basic cutting, chopping skills, handling tools and equipment, about different types of lettuce, various dressing along with an appropriate garnish.
